One Persona is a semi-fictitious representation of a company's ideal customer.

Created on the basis of market research, demographic and behavioral data and customer feedback, a persona goes beyond the traditional audience segment. It includes specific details such as age, profession, hobbies, challenges, motivations and much more.

By creating a vivid image of a model customer, companies are able to better understand their needs and desires, which in turn allows products, services and marketing campaigns to be designed more precisely to suit this audience.

Using personas in the strategy is crucial to humanize and personalize the marketing approach, ensuring that communication is relevant and resonates with the target audience.
