CRO stands for Conversion Rate Optimization. It is the process of optimizing pages or sets of pages to increase the likelihood of visitors completing a desired action.

This can include things like making a purchase, filling in a form or signing up for a newsletter.

It involves analyzing and modifying elements on the site or landing page to make the user experience more efficient and enjoyable.

The central idea is always to remove friction of lead for him to convert more.

For example, a form with email, phone number, name and address tends to have less conversion than an email-only form.
